Valve is developing a new game called Deadlock, a competitive 6 by 6 third-person shooter that combines elements of hero selection, strategy, MOBA, and various shooter mechanics.

Initially, the project was known as "Neon Prime", but then its theme and style changed from science fiction to fantasy and steampunk. Deadlock includes the basic elements of MOBA, which makes the gameplay deeper and more exciting.
